Who we are

The Stone Atlas, LLC, registered in the United States. Operating studio in the United States; sourcing operations across Asia, Brazil, and East Africa. Contact: hello@thestoneatlas.com.

Orders & payment

Prices are in USD. Payment is processed through Shopify Payments and Shop Pay. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Orders are confirmed by email; we may cancel an order if a stone is mis-priced or out of stock, in which case we issue a full refund.

Authenticity guarantee

Every listing is described to the best of our knowledge, with treatments disclosed. If lab analysis ever finds a listing materially mis-described, we refund the purchase in full plus return shipping. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

Subscription terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date of first order. Cancel any time in one click from any subscriber email or your account. Founding member pricing is locked for the duration of an active subscription — if you cancel and resubscribe, founding pricing does not carry forward.

Intellectual property

Catalog photography, editorial content, and brand assets are © The Stone Atlas, LLC. You may share images for personal, non-commercial use with attribution. For press use, see contact.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of US federal and state courts. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights in your country of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time; changes are dated at the top of this page.
